Finalists at the ThinkYoung x Google hackathon

On 13 September 2024, our team of four from Toulouse School of Economics presented at Google’s Paris office for the ThinkYoung x Google hackathon on fighting election disinformation, and we were among the finalists.

Our project: a chatbot that answers with real-time news, plugged into AFP’s APIs and other European data sources. At the time, chatbots couldn’t search the web yet, which made the idea new and useful.

The solution then went into production with AFP, and it’s where Tensaure started.
